The company listed the 2014 Ford Flex as one of the top family cars currently on the market, proving that you can own a family vehicle that is both stylish and versatile.While there were many great contenders that KBB.com took into consideration when putting together their list, the 2014 Ford Flex stood out due to its spaciousness, passenger accommodations, high-performance engine and overall capabilities. The original list started out with 21 vehicles that were chosen based on Kelley Blue Book's Expert Ratings, but it was slowly downsized to 14 cars as they got closer to the final selections. The remaining cars were then put through test drives by KBB.com staff members, who also brought their kids in to get a real-life feel for the cars' strengths and weaknesses. When all was said and done, only 12 cars were left and the official list of the Best Family Cars of 2014 was born.
