Serramonte Ford was honored to be a "Glow" sponsor for this year's Oasis for Girls "Shine Event," which took place on Thursday, October 22, 2015. This year's affair, titled "An Evening of Inspiring Women & Girls," featured select guest speakers, including Serramonte Ford’s Director of Fixed Operations Joe Shamblin, awards for outstanding contributions by girls within the Oasis for Girls organization, as well as recognition for supporters and sponsors of the program.

Many people from throughout the community came out to support the annual Oasis for Girls "Shine Event." Aside from Shamblin and his wife, Serramonte Ford employees Paula Terrill and Sharon Kawaguchi attended the event. During Shamblin's speech, he spoke about Oasis for Girls’ initiatives within the San Francisco area, Serramonte Ford's commitment to supporting the organization in the future and opportunities for women in the automotive industry.
