If you – or your child – love all things LEGO, you’ll be happy to learn that Ford has teamed up with the toymaker to introduce a brand-new line of LEGO sets featuring Ford cars. The sets will be of the Ford Mustang and F-150 Raptor, two of Ford’s most iconic vehicles.
“We are excited about the new LEGO Speed Champions sets based on iconic Ford vehicles,” said Jill Wilfert, vice president, licensing and entertainment, The LEGO Group. “Each LEGO Ford car tells a story and has infinite play possibilities. With these new sets, kids can play out their ultimate car fantasies. They are able to role play and become the LEGO mini-figure, stepping into the greatest cars on earth.”
The Ford Mustang kit will feature 185 pieces, including a racecar driver and a time board, while the F-150 Raptor will come with a trailer, garage, Model A hot rod and even a crew of Ford workers! Ford’s engineers worked closely with the LEGO design team to help with the overall product development of each kit, ensuring that the kits stay true to the design and legacy of these iconic autos.
