For this reset to work, your vehicle will need to be running and in park. If you’re currently in accessory mode, you will not be able to do a Ford SYNC reset. Also, keep in mind that you will lose your navigation information and personal data when you do a reset. You can also contact Serramonte Ford to set up an appointment at our Colma location if you would like assistance with your reset. One of our technicians would be happy to complete the process for you, but we can also teach you how to reset your Ford SYNC yourself if it's ever needed again.
