Ford Names Michael Aragon to Lead Integrated Services, Create Customer Experiences Powered by Software, Services

Ford's Integrated Services division welcomes a new leader: Michael Aragon. Known for roles at Lululemon Digital Fitness, PlayStation Network, and Crunchyroll, Aragon's arrival signals fresh momentum.

Michael Aragon's Journey to Ford

Ford's success story includes numerous celebrated executives. Aragon takes over from Peter Stern, who is now serving as President of Peloton Interactive. The community is watching to see his next steps.

He opened his tenure by sharing his ambition for enhanced cabin features: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” He will guide Ford BlueCruise, expand Ford Pro, and enrich Model e services.

One of his priorities is to grow beyond Ford's current 800,000 paid subscriptions. CEO Mike Farley applauds his vision and is confident that Aragon is ideal for leading Integrated Services.

Farley highlighted the importance of the Ford+ strategy: “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He affirmed, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”

As of March 17, Aragon brings a deep Fortune 500 leadership experience bench. A University of New Mexico graduate with a Dartmouth MBA, he helped grow Twitch's reputation. Ford expects significant strides under his guidance.
