What's New for the 2026 Ford Bronco Sport?

The 2026 model year brings a new Bronze Package to the Ford Bronco Sport. This styling option provides the SUV with unique 17-inch Sinister Bronze wheels and striking bronze exterior trim. These bronze design elements carry over into the cabin as well. Ford offers this available package on both the Big Bend and Badlands trims.

What Are the 2026 Bronco Sport Trims & Features?

There are four available trim levels: Big Bend, Heritage, Outer Banks, and Badlands.

With a standard 4X4 system and five G.O.A.T. Modes™, the Big Bend trim is ready for any excursion. It comes equipped with a 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 touchscreen, wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®, an 8.0-inch digital cluster, and push-button start.

The Heritage trim offers a vintage aesthetic, highlighted by plaid cloth bucket seats and a white roof. This model also comes standard with all-terrain tires. For the most part, its standard feature list is consistent with the Big Bend trim.

The Outer Banks trim provides a more luxurious cabin with leather upholstery and heated front bucket seats. To enhance passenger comfort, it also features dual-zone automatic climate control.

Engineered for off-road dominance, the Badlands trim features an advanced 4X4 system with a twin-clutch rear-drive unit and an upgraded suspension. Steel bash plates are also standard to protect the vehicle's undercarriage. An available Sasquatch Badlands Package can further improve its trail-ready performance.

A 1.5-liter EcoBoost® three-cylinder engine is standard for most trims, delivering 180 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the standard 4X4 system via an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Badlands trim is powered by a high-output 2.0-liter EcoBoost® engine that produces 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. While it also uses an eight-speed automatic transmission, the Badlands adds steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters for a more engaging driving experience.

What Safety Features Does the 2026 Bronco Sport Include?

The 2026 Bronco Sport features the Ford Co-Pilot360® Assist+ safety suite to provide peace of mind. This suite includes a Blind Spot Information System, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking.
