The 2022 Ford Transit Connect compact cargo van and passenger wagon have been completely redesigned. Both get new seats and updated infotainment systems inside. A new hybrid powertrain is available for the first time.

Trims & Features

The 2022 Ford Transit Connect will have five trim levels: XL Cargo Van (base), XLT Cargo Van, XL Passenger Wagon, XLT Passenger Wagon, and Titanium Passenger Wagon (the top-level). The optional 1.5L EcoBlue turbodiesel will be available in the U.S. for the first time in the Transit Connect, with a 3,500-pound towing capacity (versus the gas engine's 2,000 pounds).
